Southwest Guacamole is made with Hass avocados, tomatillos, onions, jalapeno and red bell peppers, garlic, cilantro and a hint of salt.

Preparation instruction: Keep frozen until needed. To use, thaw for 24-48 hours in a refrigerator. Once thawed, use within 24 hours. For unused product, use plastic wrap to seal tightly against the product to prevent browning or oxidation.
