Its heavy-duty cast iron construction spans two standard burners, delivering excellent heat retention and even heating across a large cooking surface. Pre-seasoned with 100% Non-GMO flaxseed oil, it’s ready to use immediately and naturally develops a better nonstick patina with continued use.
The reversible design offers two professional cooking surfaces: a smooth griddle side for pancakes, eggs, and burgers, and a ridged grill side for searing steaks, chicken, and sandwiches with defined grill marks. Durable handles and compatibility with gas, electric, oven, and grill heat sources make this griddle a reliable, long-lasting addition to any restaurant kitchen.
