Preparation type: SIMMER
Preparation instructions: In a large pot, brown 2 1/2 lbs. ground beef or pork. Drain fat. Add 11 1/4 cups water, contents of package and 1/4 cup butter or margarine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Stir gently to mix rice
