Taste Traditions White Macaroni and Cheese features egg white–fortified macaroni and a creamy white cheddar cheese sauce, delivering a rich, smooth texture ideal for restaurants, buffets, and catering operations. Designed for steam table durability, the pasta holds its al dente bite throughout service.
Packaged in boil-in-bag, 5 lb. portions (4 per case), this heat-and-serve side dish minimizes prep time and labor. Serve as-is, as a main dish, or as a base for toppings like pulled pork, vegetables, or bacon for added versatility.
White Macaroni & Cheese
Our rich white cheddar cheese is mixed with a mellow white cheese blend and melted to buttery smooth perfection. We then combine the sauce with our heavy wall egg white fortified macaroni noodles making a perfect entree or side dish.

Preparation instruction: Place unopened bag of product in a large pot of boiling water. Lower heat and simmer until product reaches internal temperature of 165ºF. Approximately 40 - 50 minutes from frozen or 20 - 25 minutes from thawed state. Internal temperature can be checked by removing bag from water and folding it, unopened, around a stemmed thermometer. Transfer to a serving container and hold at 150ºF – 160ºF until served.
