It is an important part of traditional soups and sushi recipes, as well as one of the most popular snacks in Asia. In 2019, Tao Kae Noi processed 3.5 million pounds of raw seaweed and distributed our snacks to 37 countries and territories in six continents. Besides its flavor, seaweed is nutritious. It contains iodine, which supports thyroid function. It is a good source of vitamins and minerals, especially Vitamin B12 and Omega-3 fats, and antioxidants like Vitamins A, C, and E.
