Check for doneness using thermometer.CONVECTION OVEN 325F PREHEATED: Dome lid away from product crimping tightly over tray edges. Place tray on a baking sheet. Remove lid during last 10-15 minutes. Cook Frozen (0F) product for 1 hour and 25-30 min./Thawed (40F or less) product for 40-45 min. CONVENTIONAL OVEN 400F PREHEATED: Dome lid away from product crimping tightly over tray edges. Place tray on a baking sheet. Remove lid during last 15-20 minutes. Cook Frozen (0F) product for 1 hour and 40-45 minutes/Thawed (40F or less) product for 50-55 min. MICROWAVE OVEN 1100 Watt: Cook loosely covered in microwave-safe container. Cook 8 oz Thawed (40F or less) product on 50% Power 4 to 4 1/2 min. Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165F.Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving. If thawing, product must be thawed under refrigeration (40F) for no more than 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE.
