Hand made using a blend of shrimp, crab and scallops. Our incredible seafood cakes contain no fillers of any kind. Hand formed for that "in house" look without the in house work. Our seafood cakes are fully cooked. Our unique seafood cake is so versatile it will serve all your menu needs. Used from family restaurants to country clubs and hotels.
 
Preparation instruction: BAKING: Preheat oven to 400° and bake frozen crab cakes 25 minutes ± until reaching an internal temperature of 165°. From defrosted bake about 20 minutes to the same internal temperature. PAN FRYING: Using low to medium heat put about 1 tablespoon of oil (use any neutrally flavored oil such as soy, corn, canola, or safflower. DO NOT use olive oil.) per crab cake in a pan and preheat. Sauté about 10 minutes per side until reaching an internal temperature of 165°.
