Gluten-free hamburger buns made with ancient grains. The bun is free of gluten/wheat, casein/dairy, soy and rice. It's made with the ancient grains, sorghum, amaranth and teff. The bun is fully-baked, individually wrapped and frozen.
 
Preparation instruction: From frozen thaw in the bag at room temparature for approx. 1 hour and serve. If desired, toast bun in 400 degree oven for 5-7 minutes, grill bun on griddle or in pan with butter or oil. Store thawed product in bag at room temperature. Do not refreeze.
