Gluten-free flatbread made with ancient grains. The flatbread is free of gluten/wheat, casein/dairy, egg, soy and rice. It's made with the ancient grains, sorghum, amaranth and teff. The flatbread is par-baked and frozen.
 
Preparation instruction: Allow flatbread to defrost to room temperature, approximately 8-10 minutes. Add desired toppings. Bake at 400 degrees until the cheese melts and crust turns a golden-brown, approximately 10-13 minutes. *Due to differences in ovens, cooking temperatures and times my vary.
