The ready-to-cook Upsides Pearl Couscous Red Grain Multigrain Blend is made using Israeli couscous, red and brown rice, bell peppers, carrots, tomato, peas, and basil. A great addition to vegan diets, this pre-prepared multigrain blend saves valuable prep time and effort. A great buy for cafes, fast food chains, restaurants, and bistros, this bulk case contains 6 packs of Simplot Upsides multigrain blend.

Simplot Good Grains(TM) Premium Blends feature all-natural ancient grains with colorful vegetables in delicious combinations that appeal to consumer demands for whole grains and vegetarian selections.

Preparation instruction: STOVE TOP:(Medium-High Heat) 4 oz serving. Spray saute pan with non-stick cooking spray or use 2 T. of oil on medium-high heat. Heat for 3 minutes, adding 1-2 mins for each additional serving. MICROWAVE:(2200 watt) Whole bag. Place frozen contents of bag in microwave-safe, 4 inch deep dish, cover. Heat on high for 8 minutes. Rotate the dish and stir thoroughly halfway through cook time. Let stand 1 minute before serving. MICROWAVE: (1100 watt) Whole bag (or half bag). Place frozen contents of bag in microwave-safe, 4 inch deep dish, cover. Heat on high for 16 minutes (9 minutes for half bag). Rotate the dish and stir thoroughly halfway through cook time. Let stand 1 minute before serving. COMBI OVEN: (100% Fan, 50% Steam, 400F) Whole bag. Spray foil covered 11x17 inch sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange frozen product evenly on pan. Cover with foil. Bake on middle rack for 10 min, rotating after 5 min for even cooking. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 357F. Spray foil covered 11x17 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange one bag of frozen product evenly on pan, cover with foil. Bake for 10 min rotating tray after 5 min for even cooking. STEAM UNIT: Arrange product in a half-sized steam table pan. Steam for 10 min.
