Kit includes: x6 microperforated rings of Ø 6" (150 mm). Create pastry base with the silicone mold and make a mousse or cream to lay over the shortcrust pastry. The rings are non-stick and stainless. They allow an homogeneous baking. Ring material is crush-proof. Rings baking suitable up to 356°F (180°C). Silikomart products are characterized by extreme versatility. Suitable for oven, refrigerator and blast chiller too. Elasticity / flexibility enable flexion to save space for storage. All molds are washable in dishwasher. Guaranteed for frequent use.
