This model is white to color-code the switch out of jars on day and night shifts. Inside depth is 10 inch (25.4 cm) with a capacity of 2¼ quarts (2.1 L). HoldCold jars are constructed of durable ABS plastic and filled with a non-toxic refrigerant gel. Each jar is notched to allow the lid to close over a ladle for increased sanitation. They also have molded feet to prevent tipping. Prior to use, place jar in the freezer for eight hours. HoldCold Jars will maintain product temperature for up to 12 hours, when placed in an insulated unit and filled with refrigerated product.
