The Roundup Egg Station can be used to cook up to 6 eggs in approximately 120 seconds for room temperature eggs and about 150 seconds for refrigerated eggs. Eggs are cooked with a combination of heat from a platen and steam created under the pivoting cover when lowered over the rings. This station can also be used to heat up pre-cooked Canadian bacon. It is ideal for use in restaurants and diners.
