The Rich’s Country White Buttercreme Icing ZTF can be used to decorate cakes or various baked products. It has a smooth and firm texture and spreads consistently. This buttercream-style icing is pre-whipped to save preparation time and effort. The Rich’s Buttercreme icing bulk pack will make a great buy for bakeries, cafes, and cake shops.
Pre-whipped creamy white buttercream style icing developed to be firm enough for decorating yet smooth enough for spreading. Packaged in 28-lb pail.
Preparation instruction: STORAGE & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Check icing temperature before using. Use between 68ºF and 80ºF. Store between -10ºF and 80ºF. Do not allow temperature to go above 80ºF. If frozen or refrigerated, temper at room temperature overnight below 80ºF. Do not microwave or place near heat source. Stir icing for smooth, consistent texture.
