Preparation instruction: 1. GREASE DESIRED AMOUNT OF PETITE PANS. 2. REMOVE FROZEN PETITE LOAVES FROM CARTON AND PLACE IN GREASED PANS, KEEPING SEAM SIDE OF LOAF DOWN. 3. PLACE PANNED LOAVES INTO RETARDER AND RETARD OVERNIGHT. 4. REMOVE PANS FROM RETARDER AND PLACE IN PROOF BOX. 5. PROOF UNTIL LOAVES ARE ONE (1) TO ONE AND ONE HALF (1 1/2) INCHES ABOVE PAN. 6. PLACE PROOFED LOAVES INTO OVEN (390 TO 400 F) AND BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. 7. REMOVE BREAD FROM OVEN. 8. REMOVE BAKED LOAVES FROM PANS AND PLACE ON RACKS TO COOL.
