Pioneer Original Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
Preparation instruction: Preheat griddle to 365° to 400°F. Put 3 quarts + ½ cup water in large mixing bowl. Add 5 lbs Pancake Mix. Blend with wire whisk until dry mix is well incorporated. (A slightly lumpy batter is acceptable.) Pour or ladle pancakes to a 5-inch diameter. Flip when edges begin to dry (approximately 1 1/2 minutes). Flip only once. Bake approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes on second side. Serve.
