Preparation instruction: COOKING DIRECTIONS FOR FORZEN: BAKE: Place cakes 2" apart on an oiled sheet pan, bake at 400F for approximately 17 to 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165F. COOKING DIRECTIONS FROM THAWED: BAKE: Place cakes 2" apart on an oiled sheet pan, bake at 400F for approximately 13 to 17 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165F. SAUTE: Preheat pan o medium heat, adding 1 TBSP oil per cake, and sautee for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes per side. or until the cake turns golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165F. DEEP FRY: preheat fryer to 350F and fry cakes for approximately 1.5 to 2 minutes or until the cakes turn golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165F.
