The Mission Foods Heat Pressed Whole Wheat Tortilla can be used for a variety of recipes from fajitas, burritos to tacos. This ready-to-eat whole wheat tortilla is heat pressed and has uniform size and texture. Available in a bulk pack of 288 pieces per case, the Mission wheat tortilla is ideal for gourmet restaurants, delis, and convenience stores.
6" Whole Wheat tortilla, brown to light brown in color with a typical whole wheat flavor.
Preparation instruction: Bring Tortillas to room temperature: If refrigerated - remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. Fluff and individually separate each tortilla. Grill - heat grill to 400°F. Heat tortillas on each side for five seconds. Microwave - stack no more than six tortillas and heat 45-60 seconds on High.
