The Mission Foods Golden Wheat Wrap is a ready-to-use wrap with a typical whole-wheat flavor. This wrap can be steamed, grilled, or microwaved with ease. The bulk pack of Mission Foods Golden Wheat Wraps is ideal for food carts, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Mission 12" Whole Wheat Wraps 6/12 ct
12" Whole Wheat Flour tortillas. Brown to light brown in color with a typical whole wheat flavor.

Preparation instruction: Bring Tortillas to room temperature: If refrigerated - remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. Fluff and individually separate each tortilla. Steam Cabinet - return tortillas to bags and place in steam cabinet. Stack no more than three-dozen high. Heat to 160°F. Do not keep more than three hours. Grill - heat grill to 400°F. Heat tortillas on each side for five seconds. Microwave - stack no more than six tortillas and heat 45-60 seconds on High.
