Our traditional cooking process uses the finest ingredients resulting in distinct, intense flavors. Superior tenderness and pliability for better performance. Holds generous fillings and can be used in a variety of applications for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and appetizers.

Preparation and Cooking:

Grill - After product has reached room temperature, fluff and individually separate each tortilla.
Flat Grill / Griddle / Saute Pan
Heat grill to 400°F. Heat tortillas on each side for five seconds.

Microwave - After product has reached room temperature, fluff and individually separate each tortilla.
Microwave
Stack no more than six tortillas and heat 30-45 seconds on high (microwaves vary for power settings and times).

Steam - After product has reached room temperature, fluff and individually separate each tortilla.
Steam Cabinet
Return tortillas to bag and place in steam cabinet. Stack no more than three dozen high. Heat to 160°F. Do not keep in steam cabinet more than three hours.
