The Maxwell House French Roast Ground Coffee delivers a rich and balanced flavor with every brew. This medium dark roast coffee is packed in a canister that keeps it fresh and aromatic for a long time. The Maxwell House bulk ground coffee is ideal for cafes, convenience stores, and concession stands.
MAXWELL HOUSE brews are roasted from honestly good coffee beans with the finest beans, expertly roasted to always stay good to the last drop.
Preparation instruction: Use only filtered, non-softened cold water for brewing. Coffee should be brewed using water at 195 F to 205 F. Designate separate brew baskets and serving vessels for flavored vs. non-flavored coffees. Keep unopened bags in a cool, dry storage area. Never open coffee packs early and stack in filters. Level coffee grounds in filter before brewing. Discard coffee grounds and clean brew baskets immediately after brewing. Maintain coffee hold times. Never add fresh coffee to old coffee.
