The Manchester Farms Semi Boneless Quails have all bones removed except the wing bones and drummettes of the leg. These quails are fitted with the signature V pin that helps maintain its shape during preparation. The quail is 100% natural and free of antibiotics and hormones. The bulk case with 6 birds is ideal for restaurants, food trucks and cafes.

Preparation instruction: These birds are great on the grill, but because of the intact body cavity the traditional favorite serving method is stuffing and baking. Cook on medium to high heat grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
