Preparation instruction: Stovetop Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse rice under cold water until water runs clear.
2. Place rinsed rice in a pot with water, and soak for 30 minutes.
3. Bring rice and soaking water to a boil.
4. Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low-simmer, and cook for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from heat (keep covered), and let steam for 10 minutes.
*If rice is too firm at the end of cooking time, add 1-2 Tbsp. water and cook longer.
Rice Cooker Instructions:
To prepare in a rice cooker, use same water to rice ratio.
