INSTANT MERINGUE POWDER 12/25 OZ
Preparation instruction: Step 1: Add 32 fluid oz. of cold tap water to a 20 quart mixing bowl. Add the contents of 1 pouch of Instant Meringue Powder and mix with a wire whip on 1st speed. Scrape bowl. Step 2: Whip at 3rd speed for 5 minutes or until meringue forms a soft peak. Step 3: Bake at 375-400F until peaks brown.
