With a take-and-bake format, this multi-grain loaf can be heated within minutes, reducing prep time. It can be served in bread assortments, and is an ideal choice for buffets, catering services, hotels, restaurants, and convenience stores. This bulk case comes with 12 packs of La Brea Bakery multi-grain loaf.

BREAD MULTIGRAIN LOAF TAKE AND BAKE RETAIL 12/12 OZ. BREADS ARE ALREADY PACKED IN RETAIL BAGS.
 
Preparation instruction: Handling instructions are for the retailer. The baking instructions for the consumer are on the back of the retail bag. DO NOT BAKE any bread that states Take & Bake on package. THESE BREADS ARE BAKED AT HOME BY THE CONSUMER. 1. Store bread at 0 F until ready to display. 2. When ready to display, if bread is not already pre-packaged place frozen breads directly in Take & Bake bag provided. Seal bag securely. 3. Allow packaged bread to thaw at room temperature before displaying. Only display bread that is fully thawed. Thawing takes roughly 2 hours. NOTE: Do not refreeze after thawing. Shelf life: Day of thaw, plus 48 hours. Remove unsold product from sale after hours.
