Tradi onal Au Jus1. Stir package into 6 gallons hot water until dissolved. Bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Concentrated Au Jus. For a richer and more concentrated Au Jus, stir package into 3 gallons hot water. Bring to a boil. No simmering required.
