The Redhook ESB Ale Batter Tilapia Fillet is individually quick frozen to preserve flavor. These natural cut fillets are coated with ESB ale batter, and absorb less oil. The fillets can be baked or fried. The bulk pack of Redhook ESB Ale Batter Tilapia is ideal for seafood restaurants, delis, and food trucks.

4-5 oz Redhook Ale Battered Tilapia Fillets. Redhook Ale Battered Tilapia Fillet Portion 4-5 oz Made from natural cut fillets and Redhook ESB beer batter. Great plate presentation. Can be either baked or fried. Specially designed coating absorbs less oil for a clean, firm bite.

Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: TO DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 350°F and fry for 41/2-5 minutes. TO BAKE: Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 14- 16 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 16-18 minutes. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM.
