Preparation instruction: Icing: 4 lbs Swiss Fudgice, 10lbs Icing Sugar, 2lbs Boiling Water (212°F) Place Swiss Fudgice and sugar in mixing bowl and mix at low speed for 2 minutes. Add 2/3rds of Boiling Water mix, then scrape down and mix until smooth. Add rest of Boiling Water and mix approximately 8 minutes. Allow icing to stand at least 30 minutes before using.
