Our raw loaf makes this form of gyros convenient for operators with limited equipment and space. Bake - - Preheat oven to 375F- Place raw gyros loaf on a sheet pan - Place raw gyros loaf in heated oven- Cook for approximately 40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165?F- Take out cooked gyro loaf out of oven and let loaf rest at room temperature or place into refrigerator until cooled and ready for slicing - Slicing Instructions: for best results we recommend ½ oz. slices.
