Preparation instruction: To prepare batter, place 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 cups cool water in a bowl, and add 1lb. (3 cups) Fish & Vegetable Batter Mix. Blend with a wire whip until smooth and free of visible lumps. Dust food with dry batter mix, then dip into the prepared batter. Drain slightly (2-5 sec.) and place directly into hot oil. Fry time will vary depending on type and size of food fried.
