This well-seasoned flavor filled coating will give uniform coverage without the need for a separate pre-dip product. Made with a blend of wheat and corn flours, this breader contains no MSG. Preparation instruction: For traditional fried clams, pour dry Clam Fry Mix into a bowl or pan. Moisten clams in a mixture of 1/2 clam juice and 1/2 water.
