Preparation instruction: Requires added ingredients - for 5 lbs. dry mix you need 3 qts. Cool water, 12 large eggs, and 1-1/4 lbs. melted butter or margarine. Place water and eggs in bowl with mix, and blend with wire whip until smooth. Add melted margarine or butter and blend until uniform. Let batter rest 10 mins. then reblend. Deposit on preheated and pregreased waffle iron and bake until golden.
