Preparation instruction: Add 1 lb batter mix (3 cups) to 6 cups cool water in a bowl. Blend with a wire whip until smooth and free of lumps. Batter thickness can be adjusted by adding more mix as needed. Dip foods to be coated into prepared batter and drain 2-5 seconds. If using a breading, coat food with breading. Place food directly into oil and fry until done.
