Preparation instruction: Pour liquid and mix into bowl. Mix until soft dough forms , 30 strokes. DO NOT OVERMIX. Place dough on a floured bench/cloth. Dust w/flour and fold in half lengthwise. DO NOT KNEAD. Divide in half, roll out to desired thickness. Scale cut dough using desired size cutter. Pan biscuits close together on a lightly greased/paper-lined 16 x 24 sheet pan.
