Comes out deliciously perfect every time: nicely caramelized on the outside but soft inside! Made in France. Thickness: 0.2" Tinplate. Rolled edges. Heavy duty. Grease well before use. Maximum cooking temperature: 250°C / 486°F. Care instructions: Hand wash only. Dry thoroughly after washing. Do not use abrasive sponges to clean.
