The ready-to-use Foothill Farms Cilantro Lime Rice Seasoning Mix is a blend made with lime juice powder, onion powder, and garlic powder. It provides a fresh, thick, and creamy flavor to white or brown rice. Great to pair with meat rice or vegetable rice, this mix makes for a delicious taste enhancer. An ideal option for bistros, restaurants, and diners, this bulk case contains 10 packs of Foothill farms seasoning mix.

Crisp chopped cilantro entwined with a juicy splash of tropical ime takes white or brown rice new places.

Preparation instruction: Convection Oven Method: In a 2" full-size steam table pan, combine 3 1/2 qts hot water (180°-190°F), 2 1/2 lbs (approx 1 1/2 qts) parboiled white or brown rice, contents of Rice Seasoning packet (6 oz) and 3 oz butter (optional). Stir well. Cover with foil or pan lid and bake in a 350°F convection oven for 40-45 minutes or until water is absorbed. Keep warm (180°F). Fluff with fork before serving.
