Rinses away clean leaving no aftertaste or smell. Certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union. Dilute 1 part FIT Antibacterial Produce Cleaner with 128 parts water (1 fl.oz./gal.). Soak only fruits and/or vegetables which have been processed (cut, chopped, peeled, etc.) for 30 seconds, or up to 1 minute for harder to clean items. Scrub if necessary and then rinse with water as usual.
