Preparation instruction: Thaw bag in refridgerator overnight. Unopened bags can be thawed under cold running water. Remove frozen portion from packaging. Place the portions in a clean, sanitized container in a single layer and cover. Place the covered portions under refrigeration (38°F or below) overnight. DO NOT THAW in warm water or at room temperature. DO NOT REFREEZE PRODUCT AFTER THAWING. Product can be cooked form frozen, but performs better thawed. *Cook to an internal temperature of 155°F MINIMUM.*
