Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: TO BAKE: Place frozen fillets, charred side up, on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375oF and bake for 14- 18 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 400oF and bake for 24 -28 minutes. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM. MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Place 2 frozen glazed fillets, charred side up, in a microwavable dish lined with 2 paper towels. Loosely cover and microwave on high for 5 1/2 to 6 minutes. For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F minimum. Let stand covered in microwave for 2 minutes before serving. NOTE: Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on a 1100- watt oven. CAUTION: Steam can cause burns.
