The versatile 24x18" stands have interchangeable surfaces and feature a drip edge to catch any juices, while the Carving Extreme offers a catch basin to keep surrounding surfaces clean. In either case, your carving station will be elevated from the table, providing an enhanced catering presentation. Heated aluminum & heated granite options truly keep food hot. Granite will hold temperature between 140°-160° F (60°-71° C), and all electric versions are available in 220v.
