Egg Roll

A blend of fresh cut carrots, onions, celery, cabbage and various seasonings, wrapped in a traditional egg roll wrapper.
 
Preparation instruction: For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer. Microwave: Not Recommended Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 350°F. Thaw egg rolls in the microwave on defrost for 30 seconds. Deep fry for 2 ½-3 minutes or until golden brown. Conventional: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Place product on baking pan ½ inch apart. Bake 13-15 minutes on upper shelf or until golden brown. Toaster Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Place product on baking pan ½ inch apart. Bake approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown. Convection: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Place product on baking pan ½ inch apart. Bake 11-13 minutes on upper shelf or until golden brown.
