STEP 2: REMOVE FROM OVEN, POUR 1 1/2 OUNCES OF SAUCE PER ENCHILADA OVER THE ENCHILADAS. BAKE AT 300 DEGREES FOR 15 ADDITIONAL MINUTES. STEP 3: REMOVE FROM OVEN, SPRINKLE 1/4 OUNCE OF SHREDDED CHEESE PER ENCHILADA ON TOP OF ENCHILADAS. LET SIT FIVE MINUTES FOR CHEESE TO MELT. INTERNAL PRODUCT TEMPERATURE SHOULD REACH 160 DEGREES. TIMES AND TEMPERATURES MAY VARY BASED ON ACTUAL EQUIPMENT AND QUANTITY OF PRODUCT PREPARED. ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
