10# IQF 3/8" SKIN-ON NAPLES CUT EGGPLANT CUTLET
Preparation instruction: For best results cook to an internal temperature of 170-190 F (77-88C) Deep Fry - Place frozen cutlets in fryer at 375F (190C) for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Microwave - Place frozen cutlets on microwave oven. Cook 2-3 minutes on high (use as guide only). Bake - Slack for 15 minutes. Bake at 425 F(220C) for 12 - 15 minutes. Broil - Slack for 15 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes.
