The Pro Cart Ultra Pan Carriers provide the ability to hold both hot and cold food in the same cart, at the same time. Constructed with CFC-free, polyurethane insulation, the Pro Cart Ultra is durable and able to retain hot or cold temperatures for at least 4 hours for without electricity. The non-electric Pro Cart Ultra is cost-effective and ideal for short term holding and transport.
Cold Module. Thermoelectric cooling technology is safe for transport. Cools down to 32.5˚F (0.28˚C) without a compressor. Adjustable temperature from 32.5˚F (0.28˚C) to 70˚F (21˚C). PCU800/PCU1000 recovers in 23 seconds; PCU2000 recovers in 30 seconds
