Place covered pan into oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until hot. Preparation Notes: Ovens vary, heating times may require adjustment. Preparation Notes: Place 20 frozen enchiladas single layer in a hotel pan. Cover with 4 cups of sauce and 2 cups of cheese. Cover entire pan with aluminum foil.
