Preparation type: MIX

Preparation instructions: 1) Place cube of smooth n light 23lbs in 20 qt bowl 2) Soften by mixing in 1st speed for 3 minutes 3) Slowly add 1 lbs cold water (variable) mixing in 1st speed 4) Thoroughly scrape down bowl and agitator. Mix until smooth 5) Mix for 5 minutes in 2rd speed on 3 speed mixer 6) Mix in 1st speed and add lbs minutes in 1st speed. 7) Continue mixing for 7 to 10 minutes in 1st speed.To mix 2 cubes in 40qt bowl: double water amounts and mix in 1st and 3rd speed on a 4 speed mixer.VANILLA SMOOTH' N LIGHT BUTTERCRÃƒÂˆME FROSTING BASE 23# BX
