The Bridgford Gourmet Cinnamon Roll Dough is made with enriched flour, eggs, honey, ground cinnamon, and non-fat milk. Frozen to preserve freshness, this cinnamon roll dough can be baked into large cinnamon rolls within minutes, reducing prep time and labor. Ideal for bakeries, convenience stores, fast food joints, and cafeterias, this bulk case comes with 72 pieces of Bridgford cinnamon roll dough.

Fast and easy, no proofing required. Simply pan rolls, let thaw and bake. Make giant 5 oz Cinnamon Rolls.

Preparation instruction: Place rolls on greased pan so that rolls are touching. Brush dough with melted butter or margarine. Let rolls thaw at room temperature for one hour. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven (convection) for 10-12 minutes or until a light golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Drizzle with glaze (mix together 2 cups powdered sugar, 1-tsp. vanilla extract and 1-2 tablespoons milk).
