This ready-to-eat frozen enchilada dinner meal consists of organic white corn tortillas and two kinds of cheese along with organic black beans, organic corn, and mild green chilis. Preparation type: MICROWAVE

Preparation instructions: DIRECTIONS: PLEASE DO NOT OVERCOOK. Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 375. Remove overwrap and cover tray with foil. Place tray on a cookie sheet in center of oven. Bake for 20 minutes, remove foil and stir beans. Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until hot throughout. Microwave Oven To avoid overcooking the enchilada please follow these steps: Put a 1 inch slit in overwrap. Cook on MEDIUM (50% power) for 4 minutes, remove overwrap and stir beans. Cook on HIGH for another 1-1 minutes, or until hot throughout. Toaster Oven Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide only.
