Buttercream Icing
The Allen red buttercream style frosting is designed for easy application on cakes, cookies and variety of other desserts. This ready-to-use icing can be used directly from the pail. The icing was developed to be smooth enough for spreading, yet firm enough for decorating. This 15-pound container is ideal for bakeries and restaurants.
Pre-whipped, smooth, red ZTF buttercream style icing developed to be firm enough for decorating, yet smooth enough for spreading. Packaged in 15-lb pail.
Preparation instruction: STORAGE & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Check icing temperature before using. Use between 68ºF and 80ºF. Store between -10ºF and 80ºF. Do not allow temperature to go above 80ºF. If frozen or refrigerated, temper at room temperature overnight below 80ºF. Do not microwave or place near heat source. Stir icing for smooth, consistent texture.
