Alessi Red Wine Vinegar is made with select wines from the renowned region of Tuscany, home of the Chianti Classico. Other fine wines from the bountiful Tuscan hillsides like Brunello and Brunello di Montalcino are also use as the basis of this richly flavorful and aromatic vinegar. The quality and flavor of the finished vinegar reflect the type of liquid initially used. That is why we use only the highest quality wines from which we obtain our premium wine vinegars.
